Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Bubalaa purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

As a small handmade business, returns must be arranged by contacting us first. To request a return, please contact: hello@bubalaa.co.uk

We will provide return instructions and the return address. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items may be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Upon receipt, pre-ordered items are subject to the same return policy as standard orders.

Commissions

As commissioned pieces are made to order specifically for you, they are exempt from standard return rights unless faulty or not as described. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bubalaa.co.uk. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.
