These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Bubalaa website.

By using the Bubalaa website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All Bubalaa products are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture or size may occur and are part of the character of handmade items.

Images on the website are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the products.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Pre-Orders

Selected items are available to pre-order when out of stock. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item ahead of production. Pre-orders are subject to the same acceptance terms as standard orders.

• Payment is taken at the time of ordering
• Production begins once your order is confirmed
• Estimated turnaround is 3 - 5 days from confirmation
• If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, a full refund will be issued

Commissions Bubalaa accepts commissions for bespoke handmade items. By placing a commission enquiry or order, you agree to the following:

• Commissions are subject to availability and acceptance at Bubalaa's discretion
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins; the remaining balance is due upon completion
• You will be asked to confirm your requirements (including colourway, size, and any preferences) before production starts - changes requested after production has begun may not be possible
• Estimated turnaround will be confirmed at the time of acceptance and may vary depending on complexity and current order volume
• As commissions are made to order and personalised, they are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described
• If Bubalaa is unable to fulfil a commission for any reason, any deposit or payment received will be refunded in full

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Shipping

Orders will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the website. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and factors outside our control.
